1. Use of the Website<\/h6>\n

1.1. Our website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate tour bookings. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services or make a booking.<\/p>\n

1.2. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when making a reservation and to update us promptly of any changes.<\/p>\n

1.3. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel bookings at our discretion.<\/p>\n

2. Tour Bookings and Cancellations<\/h6>\n

2.1. To book a tour, you must follow the booking process on our website. Consequently, by completing a booking, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of our booking policy.<\/p>\n

2.2. Cancellation by the Customer: – If you cancel your booking at least 7 days before the scheduled tour date, you will be eligible for a full refund. – However cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled tour date are subject to a cancellation fee, which may result in a partial or no refund. – We will not provide refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour date or for no-shows.<\/p>\n

2.3. Cancellation by Artspace Tours<\/p>\n

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to extreme weather conditions or insufficient bookings. – Nevertheless, in the event of tour cancellation by us, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.<\/p>\n

3. Intellectual Property<\/h6>\n

3.1. All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of Artspace Tours and protected by copyright laws.<\/p>\n

3.2. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without our prior written consent.<\/p>\n

4. Limitation of Liability<\/h6>\n

4.1. Artspace Tours disclaims liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or participation in our tours.<\/p>\n
