1. Tour Bookings and Cancellations

Cancellation by the Customer: - If you cancel your booking at least 7 days before the scheduled tour date, you will be eligible for a full refund. - Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled tour date are subject to a cancellation fee, which may result in a partial or no refund. - No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour date or for no-shows.

2.3. Cancellation by Artspace Tours

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to extreme weather conditions or insufficient bookings. - In the event of tour cancellation by us, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
